Sun City Cars is committed to protect the privacy of the information provided by its customers. Sun City Cars will need to collect your personal information such as your full name, date of birth, a copy of your passport, a copy of your driver license as required by the law.

Terms and Conditions:

Rates includes:

• Unlimited mileage.
• 24/7 assistance.
• Free delivery to the airport, hotels or riads.
• 2nd driver.

Duration:

• The rental period can only be extended with our agreement.
• For all deliveries or returns outside of Agadir, the minimum rental period must be equal to or greater than 7 days and a transfer fee will be added to your rental.

Insurances:

• Our rates include full coverage. If the authorized driver/2^nd driver is at fault, he/she agrees to pay the deductible.
• Using unpaved roads is prohibited, damages caused are not covered by insurance.

Fuel

• The car should be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.

Car wash:

• Our cars are all washed and cleaned when delivered, the customer should return the car washed/cleaned or pay a 50 MAD cleaning fee.

Delivery/ Collection:

• We deliver our cars to our clients to all major cities and airports in Morocco, for convenience and stress-free experience

Required documents:

• Driver license.
• Passport.
• Original documents required.

Payment:

• Payment by cash / credit card at the pick-up.

Refund:

• Refunds are not allowed in the event of the rental being terminated early.
